Shannon Derico, received her undergraduate degree from Indiana University and a Masters of Public Affairs from IUPUI. She has dedicated 17 years of her life working in the Mental Health Field.
She has displayed compassion and commitment in serving consumers with issues such as substance abuse, physical or mental health illnesses. Shannon enjoys in making sure all consumers are stable by offering time and services that will make a difference in their lives.
She currently works as a Behavioral Health Coordinator who not only assess their needs, but is able to respond in crisis situations, advocates and protects the interest of the consumers by working closely with other health care professionals to ensure that the best resources are being used to assist each consumer in improving their mental and physical health, ensuring that they remain stable and that their goals are being met.
